No insurance applications
This site does not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, VINs, driver's-license information, coverage details, or insurance applications. The homepage has a ZIP-only quote starter, not an insurance application.
Homepage ZIP code
On this site, your ZIP is held only in the open quote starter. After a valid submission, the inactive-provider path may carry it in a temporary same-site zip URL parameter to the quote-preparation page so you do not have to enter it again. Auto Quote Search does not write it to local storage, session storage, cookies, or a database, and does not include it in analytics events. While quote links are inactive, the ZIP stays on this site and is not sent to a provider. When an approved quote link becomes active, ZIP will be included in the destination only if that specific integration permits ZIP prefill; otherwise it will not be passed along.
Browser-only tools
The quote preparation checklist and the policy review checklist store only your selections — which boxes you checked, or which status you chose for each topic — in your own browser's local storage. These data never leave your device, are not sent to us, and are not associated with any account. Clearing your browser data removes them.
No accounts or database
This site does not create user accounts, maintain a consumer database, or use an application database.
Analytics currently implemented
The site exposes a small provider-neutral event hook for aggregate funnel measurement: homepage_view, zip_started, valid_zip_submitted, quote_prep_view, partner_handoff, and partner_click. Events contain only safe context such as page, placement, provider status, and an approved provider ID after activation. ZIP values, UTM values, and personal insurance information are not sent. The hook fails silently when no measurement adapter is configured.
Owner review
Before production launch, add the final legal entity, contact method, provider-specific analytics details, retention language, and any required state-specific notices. Do not add PII collection without a new privacy review.
